This week I worked very hard to write a really informative about my new program offers. It is important to make sure customers get all the information Canada phone number list and clearly understand the benefits come. So he went through several drafts, gets passed back and forth between me and my wife a couple of times, and sent to my copywriting "teacher" for the once-over.

When I finally sent out I am happy ... I love it and hope customers will too.
Then the phone rang ... but when I took it all I heard was the sound of an annoying fax. Then it happened again ... and again. Finally I got a call from a man in Canada who are trying to fax in the registration, but to get my phone line instead.
After apologizing profusely to bother him and thanking him for his registration I checked the letter. And, of course, we have listed our phone number as the fax number on the booking form.
DETAILS MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
In my case, it does not matter how good the letter communicated the benefits of the program for you if you can not register!
Noting the small but important details - details that really matter to your customers - is what will set you apart as a truly successful business.
So learn from our mistakes and have all the marketing materials you double-checked by a person not involved in the creative process. And triple check all important contact information! It might even put your work aside for a day or two and look again with a fresh set of eyes.
But the tip is not only true for your marketing materials. Take a look at other areas of your business and make sure you pay attention to the small, but important, details that are important to your customers.
Here is one simple example: Does every piece of merchandise in your floor marked? Customers often will not ask about the price, otherwise they simply will not but the items and you've lost a sale.
